Can I choose my own tenant?

To remain fully compliant with California Fair Housing laws, our leasing team handles all tenant approvals using standardized criteria.

What do I need to do before listing my property?

We recommend having your property professionally cleaned, ensuring all systems are functional, smoke and CO detectors are installed, and landscaping is well maintained.

Do you offer self-guided or in-person showings?

We offer in-person and virtual showings. For the security of your property, we do not offer self-guided tours. A company representative will always accompany potential renters when viewing the property.

Can you help me set the rent price?
